98kr Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "98kr", "we", "us", or "our" refers to 98kr, the internationally licensed online gaming platform accessible at 98kr.net and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.
• "Platform" refers to the 98kr website, web application, mobile interface, game suite, sportsbook, payment system, and all associated services and tools made available to registered users.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 98kr Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by you upon successful completion of the 98kr registration process, through which you access all Platform features and hold your PKR balance.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which 98kr account balances are denominated and all transactions are conducted.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any monetary credit awarded to a User by 98kr for promotional, welcome, loyalty, or other purposes, which is subject to wagering requirements as separately specified.
• "Real Funds" refers to PKR deposited directly by the User from their own funds via a supported payment method.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total sum that must be wagered on eligible games before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn from a 98kr Account.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process conducted by 98kr, including verification of a User's CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or other acceptable Pakistani identity documentation.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to the voluntary mechanism by which a User requests that 98kr temporarily or permanently restrict their access to the Platform, as further described in Section 12.

By accessing the 98kr Platform in any manner — including browsing, registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any game — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with 98kr's Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 98kr relating to the subject matter herein. 98kr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 16. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are published in English and, in the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any other language version that may be made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail.

Use of the 98kr Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• Minimum age: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and access any real-money gaming or betting feature on 98kr. This requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be under any legal disability that would render this agreement unenforceable.
• Single account: You may hold only one (1) registered Account at 98kr at any given time. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether issued by 98kr or by any other gambling operator, regulatory body, or self-exclusion scheme.
• Voluntary participation: You must be participating in gaming and betting activities on 98kr entirely voluntarily and not as a result of coercion, undue influence, or compulsion.

To access the real-money features of the 98kr Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

Upon registration, you will select or be assigned login credentials for your 98kr Account. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and login credentials;
• Restricting access to your Account from unauthorised third parties;
• All activity occurring under your Account, whether or not authorised by you;
• Notifying 98kr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach.

98kr reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

98kr is required under its international gaming licence and applicable anti-money laundering obligations to verify the identity, age, and residency of all Account holders before processing withdrawals. The KYC process may include, but is not limited to, the following:

98kr will process submitted KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe. During the KYC review period, deposits may continue but withdrawals will be held pending completion of verification. Submitting fraudulent, altered, or misrepresenting documentation is a serious offence and will result in immediate Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

98kr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment system
• 1LINK connected Pakistani bank accounts
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank direct transfer
• GrabPay

All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from a payment account registered to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to source. 98kr accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors, Pakistani banking network interruptions, or mobile network issues beyond 98kr's reasonable control.

98kr does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges imposed by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment network are beyond 98kr's control and are solely your responsibility.

Withdrawal of Real Funds and eligible winnings from your 98kr Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account KYC verification must be fully completed and approved.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must have been met prior to withdrawal of those funds or associated winnings.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same method used for your most recent deposit where operationally possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount at 98kr is PKR 500.

98kr processes withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes of approval for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on Pakistani banking network processing times. Withdrawals requested outside of priority support hours (09:00–02:00 PKT) will be reviewed upon the next available support session.

98kr offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any offer-specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement specified at the time of the offer. Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published per offer.
• Bonus expiry: Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account without notice.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on a 98kr Account at any given time unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Abuse prohibition: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or artificially satisfy bonus wagering requirements through low-risk betting patterns, matched betting, or use of multiple accounts will result in cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and potential Account suspension.

98kr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a bonus is modified after it has been awarded, 98kr will use reasonable efforts to notify affected users via their registered email address.

All casino games available on the 98kr Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, crash games, and fishing games — are operated in accordance with individual game rules published within the game interface. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before participating.

98kr uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random, unpredictable, and statistically consistent with published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnection, server error, or display fault — 98kr's game logs shall be the definitive record of game outcomes. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect game result or payout, 98kr reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered stake to the Account holder.

The 98kr sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international T20s, and Test matches), UFC, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity at 98kr:

• Odds and markets: Odds quoted on the 98kr sportsbook are offered at 98kr's sole discretion and may be updated at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. Odds are expressed in decimal format by default.
• Bet acceptance: A bet is only accepted and binding when 98kr's system has confirmed the wager and debited the stake from your Account. Screen displays or estimated quotes do not constitute accepted bets.
• Event cancellation: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or otherwise fails to reach a natural conclusion, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in event-specific rules.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to brief processing delays. 98kr reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time. Bets placed after an outcome is known — due to information delay or system latency — will be voided.
• Maximum winnings: 98kr reserves the right to apply per-bet and per-event maximum payout limits. Winnings in excess of applicable limits will be capped at the stated maximum regardless of bet outcome.
• Errors in odds: Bets accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error may be settled at the correct odds or voided at 98kr's discretion. 98kr will use reasonable judgment in distinguishing genuine errors from standard market movements.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at 98kr and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the 98kr Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, or payment information;
• Using a third party's identity, payment method, or financial details to register or transact on 98kr;
• Any form of collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions;
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use;
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors for financial gain — any gains obtained through such exploitation must be reported and will be forfeited;
• Systematic bonus abuse, including through matched betting, arbitrage betting, or manipulation of wagering requirements;
• Any conduct that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity prohibited under applicable law;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at 98kr staff or other users via any channel.

98kr is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsibly managed gaming environment for all Pakistani users. 98kr acknowledges that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviours and has implemented the following tools and policies to support responsible gaming:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before coming into force.
• Loss limits: Users may set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once a limit is reached, 98kr will prevent further deposits and real-money play for the remainder of the relevant period.
• Session reminders: Users may configure session duration reminders that display a notification after a set period of continuous play, helping maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Reality checks: Periodic pop-up notifications showing cumulative session time and net session result are available to all 98kr Account holders.
• Self-exclusion: Users may voluntarily self-exclude from 98kr for a minimum period of six (6) months. During self-exclusion, the Account is locked, deposits are blocked, and promotional communications are suspended. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed early; an excluded user must wait until the exclusion period expires before reactivating their Account.
• Account closure: Users who wish to permanently close their 98kr Account may do so by contacting 98kr support. Permanent closure cannot be reversed.

98kr reserves the right to proactively apply responsible gaming restrictions — including deposit limits or temporary Account suspension — to Accounts displaying patterns consistent with problem gambling, without requiring a user-initiated request.

All content on the 98kr Platform — including but not limited to the 98kr name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, audio, video, data, and any other material — is the intellectual property of 98kr or its third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 98kr Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the 98kr Platform;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform;
• Use the 98kr name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by 98kr;
• Create derivative works based on any 98kr content or software.

Any unauthorised use of 98kr's intellectual property may result in legal action and the immediate termination of your Account and access to the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98kr's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount of Real Funds deposited by you into your 98kr Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

98kr shall not be liable for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not at the time of entering into these Terms:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, or data;
• Indirect or consequential loss of any kind;
• Loss arising from delays or failures caused by Pakistani banking network outages, mobile network interruptions, or third-party payment processor errors;
• Loss arising from your decision to gamble, including losses sustained during any game session or sports bet;
• Loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits 98kr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

98kr collects, processes, and stores personal data about its users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the 98kr Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

98kr processes personal data for purposes including Account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support, and (where you have consented) marketing communications. Full details of data categories, processing purposes, retention periods, and your rights as a data subject are set out in the Privacy Policy.

98kr reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, operational changes, or improvements to the Platform. When material changes are made to these Terms, 98kr will notify registered users via email to their registered email address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Amendments shall take effect upon publication unless a later effective date is specified in the notice. Your continued use of the 98kr Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to amended Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and, if desired, close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions, your use of the 98kr Platform, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 98kr holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 98kr relating to these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 98kr customer support at [email protected]. 98kr will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the dispute to formal dispute resolution. Where you and 98kr have agreed to arbitration in accordance with applicable law, any arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. Where arbitration does not apply, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect that party's rights or property pending resolution of the underlying dispute.
